Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded under our quality guarantee. Contact us with your order details and photos of the issue and our team will arrange a resolution.
How to request a return

- Include photos or a short description of the defect.
- We respond within 24 hours with a return authorization or replacement plan.
Replacements & refunds
For confirmed manufacturing defects we ship a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping for defective goods is arranged by MACHNEX.
Exclusions
Custom-manufactured items, items damaged by improper installation, and normal wear parts are assessed case by case. Reach out and we will find a fair solution.
