vibemyshop ("vibemyshop", "we", "us") operates the e-commerce platform at https://vibemyshop.com, where merchants build and run online stores and use built-in tools for marketing and SEO. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to vibemyshop.com and its subdomains (including build.vibemyshop.com).

Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication details, plus the basic profile and billing information needed to operate your account.

Store content. The products, pages, themes, orders, and settings you create in your workspace.

Google account data (optional — only if you connect it). Our SEO tools can connect to your own Google account to read your own search and analytics data. With your explicit consent we request read-only access to: Google Search Console (search performance — queries, pages, clicks, impressions, positions) and Google Analytics (aggregated traffic metrics). We never request write access.

Usage & technical data. Standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and actions taken in the app, used to operate and secure the service.

If you connect your Google account, we access your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data solely to generate SEO insights and reports for you inside your own vibemyshop workspace — for example ranking summaries, opportunity keywords, and site-health analysis. This access is read-only.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the feature to you, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI / machine-learning models. Only the limited data required to produce your report is processed; a given report may pass the relevant figures to our AI provider strictly to draft that specific report for you.

Limited Use. vibemyshop's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use account, store, and usage data to provide and maintain the service, process payments and credits, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a small number of processors to run the platform — for example cloud hosting and infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), and third-party SEO data sources used for non-Google analysis. These providers process data only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to deliver their service.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures. Google authorization tokens are handled server-side only and are never exposed to your browser; long-lived refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and short-lived access tokens are minted on demand. Access to production data is restricted.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the SEO settings in your workspace, which deletes the stored authorization token. You can also revoke vibemyshop's access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the workspace. We do not use them to track you across unrelated sites.

vibemyshop is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

vibemyshop serves merchants globally; by using the service you consent to the processing of your information in the countries where we and our providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated in-app.
