Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vibemyshop (the "Service") at https://vibemyshop.com and its subdomains. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

vibemyshop is a platform for building and operating online stores, including AI-assisted tools for store design, content, marketing, and SEO. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; no attempts to breach security, disrupt the platform, or access other users' data; and no use that violates the policies of integrated providers (including Google and Stripe).

Certain features are paid using subscription plans and/or credits. Prices, plan limits, and per-action credit costs are shown in the app and may change. Fees are billed through our payment processor; failed actions that consume credits are refunded automatically where applicable. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The Service integrates third-party services you may choose to connect (for example Google Search Console and Analytics, and Stripe). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Connecting Google is optional and read-only; you can disconnect at any time.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create. You grant vibemyshop the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to vibemyshop. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content, SEO recommendations, or third-party data are accurate, complete, or will produce any particular result. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vibemyshop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the platform. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms; material changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
